SuperBot Appendix 4

Encoding for base

SuperBot has a special encoding for base. It is roughly based on ASCII. However, to satisfy the needs of mathematicians and make it closer to existing bases like hex, we ordered characters such that numbers and letters come at the beginning. This is case-sensitive!
